The EEA carries out a review of E-PRTR data annually since 2009 by checking the internal consistency of the reported data including verification of consistency with other reporting obligations.
The findings of the checks are provided to countries. The purpose of this methodology report is to describe the methodology of checks of the review and the methodology for selecting findings on and for the countries.
