- Directive 2000/69/EC (limit values for benzene and carbon monoxide)
- Directive 2002/3/EC (long-term objective, target values, alert- & information thresholds for ozone)
- Directive 2004/107/EC (target values for arsenic, cadmium, nickel and benzo(a)pyrene)
Data is supplied by the Member States in the form of a predefined questionnaire (Decision 2004/461/EC).
This report gives an overview and analysis of the submitted information concerning data quality and zone exceedances in the Member States on 2005.
The report consists of two parts: Part 1: Main report (which includes a list of zones in the EU with exceedances) and Part 2: Annexes.
In 2005 it was not mandatory for Member States to report on Pollutants under the fourth Daughter Directive 2004/107/EC.
